  • Avatar Brittany C A good place to design a vacation?
Oct 24, 2012 by Brittany C | Posted in Orlando

Two of my friends and I are planning a girl's getaway for June 2013 to Disney World. I was hoping there was a place I could go to on the web where I can check prices for our stay that are aimed more for adult packages, si …milies. I know it's a family resort but they have to have something for adults going as well?

Also, on a side note. Has anyone had any luck with the Disney cruises? Do those tend to be more "adult friendly"?

    • Go to a travel agency and pick free literature then go to a different agency and see if they have any free literature that id different. go to american express and see if they offer adult-themed trips. carry around from one place to another the ;iterature that you already have so you tell the agencies truthfully that you are shopping

  • Avatar Bubbles How much money total should I save up for a trip to Disney World?
Aug 29, 2012 by Bubbles | Posted in Orlando

I went many times when I was little and now I would like to take my child. About how much would it be total for two adults and one child to go for at least one week? The prices of the park tickets, plus one room w one bed in one of the Disney hotels (or at least a hotel near the parks), souvenir money, dining money, and anything else we made need?

    • I would go for one of the Value Resorts at Walt Disney World. May I suggest the new Disney's Art of Animation Resort! There are Little Mermaid standard rooms, and family suites with kitchens!
I would also recommend …, I would save up about $5000 maybe even $6000, If you stay at one of the value resorts. If you stay at a Moderate or Deluxe resort, the prices will raise.
I hope you have a magical Disney vacation with your child.

  • Avatar Eric Johnson What is the price for a family of 3 to go to Disney World for a week?
Mar 11, 2013 by Eric Johnson | Posted in Orlando

2 adults and 1 child this July 2013. For all 4 theme parks (All of their packages are for 4 ppl.)

    • They are just showing you SAMPLES.
a package can be for whatever number of people you want.
just go to the disney world website and plug in your info and customize the entire thing to see what the price will be.

  • Avatar Steve J I'm planning a 2 week holiday for 5 in Florida, 2 adults, 3 children, and I need help!?
Jan 06, 2013 by Steve J | Posted in Orlando

Having never been to Florida for Disney world or any of the parks and attractions that florida has to offer, I am planning on taking my family there this summer. Everything seems quite complicated, such as which parks to …e enough as prices on websites come out high and that's before food and park tickets etc.

    Please help

I would like to thank everyone for their answers, very helpful indeed. Thank you

    • Mornin' Steve, I think the first three answers are slightly misleading as the first two are American, so everything is expensive in their eyes (just like us holidaying in the UK) and Melissa, although well meaning, takes …ou've got VISA chargback to fall back on.

One last thing, scheduled flights are not like charter in so much as they go up closer to the departure date so book early, around six months prior is a good guide.
